I was never the scary type and I mostly laugh through all the haunts. But this one did give me the creeps. A hotel themed haunt looked every inch realistic. The rooms were filled with props. They were creatively adorned to look very much real.

It’s absolutely perfect though. The actors did a great job. Easily could trick us into screaming. Well, you can only hear screams around and that us mot going to stop. Do not miss this experience.

It all takes place in a hotel and we had a great time in there. I was there with my family. I was not expecting it to be scary at all. But they proved me wrong. It was scary and you feel the fear as you enter the haunt.

Truly terrifying. The haunted hotel had several rooms and hallways. Each room had a story to tell and it was fun to unearth the mystery. There are a lot of twists and turns and the actors will appear from unexpected corners and scare you until your scream.

The haunt terrified my friends. The use of technology brought the best out of scenes. All the scenes were carefully planned and executed. It found its place well in the minds of visitors that could give them a good nightmare.

Good place to experience haunt at low cost. Great actors and queue was manageable. Perfect length inside the house and maze was very unique. Excellent costume design and well placed scary stuffs and application of special effects in-line with theme story was great. Recommended for any new ones who want to try haunted houses as scares were mild in nature.

Very impressive concept of setting up haunted attraction for hotel. We had a fabulous time at Myer’s Inn yesterday and we loved it, without any doubt. We reached on time, so queue wasn’t a problem for us. The inside set design was exceptionally well, and incorporation of special effects along with lightning was damn scary. The actors were amazing, especially the psycho cutting the head of a patient. We screamed, yelled and shouted so often, but it was fun. Considering $12 admission fee and quality of haunts, it’s a no-brainer to visit this place again. We are surely visiting again next year.

We really enjoyed the variety and unpredictability of the scares at Awaken. We felt the majority of the scares were provided by the strong cast which excelled at hitting all members of our group. There were some great environmental scares which directly involved parts of the sets themselves including one scene in which the entire set moved! Several times the actors got our hearts racing with their creepy follow scares. But our favourite scares of all were provided by the characters that interacted with us. They did a great job of making us believe they were actually crazy which made us wonder if they were going to do something bad to us! We would have liked to have seen more use of distractions; misdirection’s and the intensity levels of the actor heighten to maximize more scares in the future.

Awesome haunt. A kind of new idea and we loved it. We visited last weekend in a group of four and we bought the general admission tickets. The queue was long, and we spent around an hour in the line. The setups portrayed true picture of hotel and each room had unique stuffs and activities performed by actors were mind blowing. Loved the joker and small girl draped in a white frock with creepy make-up. We really had a tough time of fear inside the inn and we were holding each other hand as the maze was confusing and each turn produces some unexpected events. Certainly, a wonderful event for $12 admission fee and we loved it!! Great work team at Myer’s Inn. Highly recommended!!

We loved it! It was the first haunted place my daughter has ever been to and I couldn't have asked for better locally. Everything from the workers to the haunted houses just everything was awesome. I live in a small town and travelled 4 hours to come to this with my daughter and her friends and plan to bring them and another car load next year. RIP AT Myer’s Inn was totally worth the travel, money, and time.

I absolutely loved this haunted attraction… I think it is a wonderful fun family friendly place to go!!This is a truly haunted hotel in Carthage, we chose a great night to attend being, we had maybe a 5 to 10 min wait for each attraction and they were all great! The actors followed us around and kept jumping out at random places. Everyone was in character and done an amazing job! We had a great time and will definitely go back next year! Well worth the money!

Over two hours wait just to get in only to be in there for less than 15 minutes. There was nothing scary except the chainsaw part at the end where I got smacked in the face by something. Poorly designed setups and staffs were too rude in providing clarifications. They are running a show for minting money, nothing else. We came here looking to get scared but now we need proper rest from waiting in line that long.
