The stadium at this university was dedicated in the early '20s in remembrance of students and graduates who died in WWII. The East Stadium was the college's athletic center until the 1950s, when a new center was constructed. A ghostly football player named Nick was killed during a game, and is said to haunt the area, stomping on the theater stage and in the hallways. He is also known to stack and unstack boxes in the dressing room and make objects float. His apparition can be seen wearing football gear. A Confederate Civil War soldier is also known to linger here in spirit, and sits on a phantom chair in the theater.
